Hot Yoga Everyday

We know how hot yoga has tremendous benefits when done on a daily basis so we want to be able to cater this to everyone. Our hot yoga classes are offered 3x a day, 7 days a week. Come in any day of the week, morning or evening, we will make sure you feel good everyday!

Mindful Facilities

We are very attentive when it comes creating a mindful environment so that everyone has a mindful yoga experience. Our beautiful studio boasts a spacious hot room, communal room and changing room. In our changing room you can find shower rooms, lockers, toilettes, and a vanity area to do your hair/make-up.

Union Yoga wants to welcome everybody. If you never done yoga in your life, we want to be part in starting your yoga journey. If you are a yoga pracitioner, we want to help creating a safe and peaceful environment so we can grow together. We know everyone has a different reason in coming to yoga but together our mission stays the same: we want to share positive energy between each other!.

Bikram Yoga is a type of hot yoga in which practitioners perform 26 Hatha yoga asanas (poses) and two Pranayama breathing exercises in a heated room. It aims to amplify the benefits of traditional yoga using heat, which helps your muscles to stretch more easily. The heat also makes you sweat, which is thought to help with flushing out toxins and losing weight.

Inferno Hot Pilates is a training system that combines the Pilates principles with HIIT and is performed in a heated room. It is designed to strengthen muscles, increase flexibility, and improve overall health. IHP is high-intensity, but low-impact, which helps protect the joints and muscles. Expect to burn around 600-1000 calories in one session.

A 60 minutes hot yoga class combining Vinyasa and Hatha yoga. Every session will be different depends on the instructor styles and goals. In a hot and humid room you will start to feel benefits of flowing sequences that detoxify and challenge the body and mind. Emphasis is placed on connecting breath and movement to propel you through the practice.
