Yin yoga is passive stretching and consists of holding poses for three to five minutes. The poses stretch the deep connective tissues in the body, including the ligaments, tendons, and fascia, rather than the superficial muscle tissue. Combining Yin Yoga and the meditative sounds from the
singing bowl will leave you feeling deeply relaxed, yet reinvigorated.

physical and spiritual discipline of yoga. In Yin yoga, the poses are held for a long period of time to target the connective tissues (such as the

Inferno Hot Pilates is a training system that combines the Pilates principles with HIIT and is performed in a heated room. It is designed to strengthen muscles, increase flexibility, and improve overall health. IHP is high-intensity, but low-impact, which helps protect the joints and muscles. Expect to burn around 600-1000 calories in one session.

Bikram Yoga is a type of hot yoga in which practitioners perform 26 Hatha yoga asanas (poses) and two Pranayama breathing exercises in a heated room. METLOAD
Vinyasa translated means to arrange something in a special way. Vinyasa
