How did you become an instructor?

After finishing my ballet training in 1994, I started to teach ballet, then in 2020 started to teach yin yoga and gentle yoga in 2024.


What to expect when taking your classes?

In Ballet Fit class , the benefits are to improved posture, muscle definition, increased flexibility, strength of muscle, good coordination, and also learn how to move with music.

In yin yoga, a relax and calm class, but you still get to stretch your body at your own term. Improve flexibility and range of motion of joints, tendon, ligaments, myo fascia and bones, and reduce stress.
