What inspires you?
My first yoga teacher inspired me to love yoga. Her approach in teaching and making the students get the benefit of yoga were really inspiring

How did you become an instructor?
9 years ago, I joined a yoga class provided by the company I worked with. Eversince I fell in love and decided to joined in studios. It escalated until I took a certification as a teacher in Indonesia and India.

What to expect when taking your classes?
You will get the sense of strength and stretch in my class. The class will help you to activate the muscles without making you out of breathe.
